Introduction
As a music producer myself, I can tell you first hand that every music producer is trying to find out the best strategy to reach out to other artists that they can collaborate with, be it EDM producers trying to find somebody to do vocals on their new song, trap producers looking for somebody to rap on their beat, or pop producers looking for somebody they can work with in the studio. Music producers are always trying to collaborate, as it is essential to their craft, and in the last 2 decades something that people do online. The internet is full of musicians sharing their work looking to see if people will find them, and as a result, I have always as a producer myself not simply shared my work, but also searched for ways to find people to collaborate with.
One night, I randomly was speaking to a friend about finding up and coming artists, and came across the thought of scraping the comment section of a Youtube video for musicians to collaborate with.
